All Models are built to order, it takes us 5 days to complete construction! All orders require 50% down payment which goes directly to the purchase of materials! Once the business gets going I will no longer require a down payment! Payment goes directly to my wife via cash app or zelle! Lets face it, she's the real boss, I'm just the builder!
